The Birth of the Workshop

The word “Yaffle” comes from an old name derived from the word “woodpecker,” referring to a green bird that makes its presence known through its call, leaves its mark, and conveys its existence without making a loud noise.

Yaffle Woods was founded in 2022 by a group of production enthusiasts who sought to bring the natural beauty, purity, harmony with nature, and diversity of wood more fully into everyday life.

Each piece is crafted with a slow, mindful, and story-driven approach to production—far removed from the speed of mass production, standardized designs, and soulless objects.

What Do We Do in the Workshop?

Hair Sticks

Shortly before Yaffle was founded, our first product—carved with a single knife—was a hair stick.

Over time, as it gained popularity, this piece developed a unique identity for our brand.

It has been refined and expanded, and today it stands as a distinct category within Yaffle.

After completing my engineering education, I followed my dream and began creating pieces in the woodworking studio I established to focus on handcrafted work.

This shop features handmade wooden products and artisanal pieces with a natural aesthetic.
Each piece is crafted in harmony with nature, following a philosophy of slow production and a mindful aesthetic.

I want to share all the pieces I create with you.
