Most products manufactured by Yaffle consist of handmade wooden items. Therefore, the preparation time for orders may vary depending on the product type and order volume.

 

1. Order Preparation Time

 

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3-10 business days.
 

However, the preparation time may change in the following cases:
 

  • Product not in stock and needing to be reproduced
     

  • Multiple products in the same order
     

  • High-volume order periods
     

  • Natural variability in the handmade production process
     

In such cases, the order preparation time may be extended. The customer will be informed as soon as possible in case of any delay.

 

2. Shipping Process

 

After orders are prepared and shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery and the shipping company.
 

Delivery times generally fall within the following ranges:
 

Domestic shipments within Turkey: approximately 2-5 business days
International shipments: approximately 7-21 business days
 

These times may vary depending on the operations of the shipping companies, and additional delays may occur in some countries due to customs procedures.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to the customer on the payment page during the order process. Costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and the weight of the order.

 

4. Customs and Taxes

 

For international orders, some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or additional processing fees.
 

These taxes and additional fees are subject to the legislation of the receiving country and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

A tracking number will be provided when possible after your order has been shipped.
 

You can track the status of your shipment using this number.

 

6. Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the order is correct and complete.
 

Yaffle cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
